Jamel has lost 10 pounds on his new diet and exercise routine

I have started eating healthy foods. I have started eating healthy foods because I am able to lose more weight and that makes me feel good. I'm eating carrots, celery, green beans, and collard greens. I'm also eating some fruits like apples, pears, banana's, oranges, and kiwi. I'm exercising my arms, my legs, and my upper body to go along with this new diet. I've lost about 10 pounds on my new diet.
