Mary Beth is seeing the benefits of her exercise program

When I started doing my exercises it was hurting in my legs. But now I am noticing improvements when I do my exercises. I do the exercise bike for 12 minutes. I feel really good when I'm done. The exercises make me feel better about myself. I feel more hopeful to get healthy.

JoJo get's great physical and emotional benefit's from coming to the cobblestone

The staff helps me do exercises to feel better, to keep me moving, to keep flexible. If I don't do this I won't be able to do everyday tasks, like getting out of bed. Being here builds up my self esteem. It makes me feel like I could do anything. I try different things, the staff show's me different things and I try it. It makes me want to get up in the morning. If I didn't have cobblestone I'd prolly sit in my apartment by myself watching tv.

Tracie likes stretching class because it keeps her active

I like being active. You stretch your legs and your arms and your waist in stretching class. Lori does our stretching, and does it with me. Lori has techniques that she shows us. They limber me up. It boosts my energy level. Overall exercise is good for you.
